Beskrivning:
Dark ruby colour with notes of blueberry, raspberry and nice floralaromas. Pronounced fruit notes, soft and full, pleasantly lingering with sweet tannins. Terra Rossashould be served at 17 – 19 °C. In summer we recommend serving at 14 – 15 °C, as an aperitif,especially to guests who are not fond of white and sparkling wines. Its best feature is howwell it matches with different types of food.
It is best served with istrian prosciutto, cottage cheese, spaghetti withhomemade salsa, pizza Margherita, salted pilchards, gnocchi or pasta (fuži) with chicken winestew, etc.
